Chuck Roast

Cut from the flavorful Chuck part of the beef, this cut is also referred to as a “7-Bone Roast.” It is often braised and slowly cooked with liquid, potatoes and vegetables as your typical pot roast. It also lends itself to easy crock pot cooking and always results in a warm and delicious comfort food meal.
